of credit and financial instrument laws of accepting country shall apply
governance.
Declaration By The Supplier
I / We the said supplier of goods advised on the OTS-(Offer To Sell) document,
do offer said goods to End Buyer for their purchase consideration with
good and honorable intent. We assure the goods are available and in our
possession for an initial 3 weeks at the price offered. I/We are required
to update the offer at our discretion once every 3 weeks thereafter or
as indicated on our OTS document. We reserve the right at our discretion
to cease offering the said goods at any time after initial 4 weeks offer
period has been assured. I / We the supplier agree to advise anyone once
only, wanting to verify that End Buyer is able to buy such goods, including
End Buyer's accountants and bankers in where no mention of End Buyer's
purchase price or payments made for such goods shall be disclosed. End
Buyer is to advise us in writing the details of anyone making such enquiries
in advance of any such enquiries being sought. I / We agree that all matters
of the transactions is to remain private and confidential between ourselves
and the End Buyer or his/her agent if apparent, at all times.
(A) All serious dispute settled in supplier's country.
(B) Only delivery mode possible as implied. New “DAP” delivery
mode not considered.
